“Fight the Good Fight” | 1 Timothy 1:12-20 | Wednesday Night Worship
Fight the Good Fight | 1 Timothy 1:12-20
This sermon is about how the devil tricks us into believing we are not good enough for God to use us, and we end up living our Christian lives vicariously through others.
Pastor Abraham encourages us to reject this lie and embrace the adventure of faith that Jesus has called us to live. He explains that Jesus Christ qualifies the unqualified and pre-disqualified, and only uses ordinary people who are faithful to Him.
Pastor Abraham draws from Paul's experience to show that anyone who answers God's call can be saved and used by Him. He reminds us that sinners are the very people Jesus came to seek and to save, and that once we are born again, everything else will naturally fall into place. The ultimate goal is salvation, and transformation will naturally follow.
Pastor Abraham encourages us to stay focused on what truly matters and embrace the adventure of faith that God has called us to.
